Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all broadband internet subscription plans offered by Jabbar Network Solutions Private Limited ("J Networks Broadband", "we", "us", or "our"). As an Internet Service Provider (ISP), our services are subscription-based and do not involve the sale of physical goods through our website. Please read this policy carefully to understand when refunds may be applicable.
2. Prepaid Subscription Plans
All our broadband plans are prepaid — payment is collected in advance for the selected plan duration (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or annual). Once a plan is activated and service has commenced:
- Refunds are generally not provided for the current active billing period once the service has been provisioned and is in use.
- If you have paid for a longer-duration plan (quarterly, half-yearly, or annual) and choose to cancel mid-term, a pro-rated refund may be considered for the unused complete months, subject to a processing review.
- Any installation fee, activation fee, or one-time setup charge is non-refundable once the installation has been completed.
3. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
- Service Not Activated: If you have paid for a plan but our team is unable to activate the service due to technical infeasibility or non-availability in your area, a full refund of the amount paid will be processed.
- Duplicate Payment: If a duplicate or erroneous payment has been made by you, the excess amount will be refunded or credited to your account upon verification.
- Prolonged Unresolved Outage: In the event of a continuous service outage lasting more than 72 hours due to issues attributable to our network (excluding force majeure events), a proportional credit or refund for the affected period may be considered at our discretion.
- Overpayment: Any amount collected in excess of the applicable plan price will be refunded or adjusted against future billing.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Service cancellation during an active prepaid billing cycle where service has been delivered
- Temporary suspension of service due to non-payment or violation of our Terms and Conditions
- Service interruptions caused by external factors such as natural disasters, power outages, government directives, or third-party infrastructure failures
- Situations where the customer has failed to maintain compatible equipment or has interfered with the installed equipment
- Change of mind or switch to another internet provider
- Any promotional, discounted, or free-of-cost plans
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team with the following details:
- Your registered name and contact number
- Your Customer ID or account number
- Date of payment and amount paid
- Reason for the refund request
- Proof of payment (receipt or transaction ID)

6. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment source used at the time of transaction. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider. We will notify you via email or phone once the refund has been initiated.
7. Account Credits
In some cases, at the customer's request or where a refund to the original payment source is not feasible, we may offer the eligible refund amount as a credit to your J Networks Broadband account. This credit can be applied toward your future subscription renewals.
8. Cancellation Process
To cancel your subscription, please contact our customer support at least 7 days before your next renewal date to avoid charges for the upcoming period. Cancellation requests received after the renewal billing date will apply from the following billing cycle, and no refund will be issued for the already-billed period. Upon cancellation, any company-owned equipment installed at your premises must be returned in good working condition.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
