By subscribing to or using the broadband internet services provided by Jabbar Network Solutions Private Limited ("J Networks Broadband", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("Customer", "Subscriber", or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Services Provided
J Networks Broadband provides high-speed broadband internet connectivity services in Sangareddy and surrounding areas in Telangana, India. Services are subject to availability, technical feasibility, and applicable regulatory approvals. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.
3. Eligibility and Registration
To subscribe to our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration
- Submit valid government-issued identity and address proof as required under TRAI regulations
- Reside or operate within our serviceable network area
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must notify us promptly of any changes.
4. Plans and Pricing
Subscription plans, speeds, data limits, and pricing are as published on our website and may be updated from time to time. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise plan pricing with prior notice. Promotional plans and offers are subject to specific terms and validity periods as communicated at the time of subscription.
5. Payment and Billing
- Subscription fees are billed in advance for the chosen plan period (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or annually).
- Payment is due by the due date specified in your invoice or account notice. Late payments may result in service suspension.
- We accept payments through methods specified on our website or communicated by our support team.
- It is your responsibility to ensure timely payment to avoid service interruption.
- Any bank charges, transaction fees, or taxes applicable to your payment method are your responsibility.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the service for any illegal activity, including but not limited to hacking, fraud, or distribution of unlawful content
- Engage in activities that violate the Information Technology Act, 2000 or any other applicable Indian law
- Transmit spam, malware, viruses, or any harmful content
- Resell, share, or redistribute the internet connection without our written consent
- Engage in activities that disrupt our network or degrade service quality for other customers
- Access or attempt to access unauthorized systems or data
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your service without refund, and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
7. Service Availability and Interruptions
We strive to provide reliable and continuous service. However, service may occasionally be interrupted due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, force majeure events (including natural disasters, power outages, government actions), or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible. We are not liable for losses or damages arising from service interruptions outside our reasonable control.
8. Equipment
Any equipment (routers, cables, ONT devices, etc.) provided by J Networks Broadband remains our property unless explicitly sold to you. You are responsible for the safekeeping of such equipment and must return it in good condition upon termination of service. Damage to or loss of company-owned equipment may result in charges at replacement cost.
9. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service:
- For non-payment of dues
- For violation of our Acceptable Use Policy
- For providing false information during registration
- Upon receiving a lawful direction from regulatory or law enforcement authorities
- For any breach of these Terms and Conditions
You may request termination of your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Please refer to our Refund Policy for applicable refund terms upon termination.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, J Networks Broadband shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the month in which the claim arose.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sangareddy, Telangana, India. We encourage you to reach out to us first to resolve any dispute amicably.
